RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
We do NOT accept any returns. All sales are final and nonrefundable once the order has been shipped. As a very small business, it's very costly for us so we are currently unable to offer an open refund policy.
Apparel items are only eligible for exchange; however, we will NOT provide pre-paid shipping labels for the exchange so you may return your order through a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your items, we will assess and process your exchange. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the exchange and for the new order.
*Apparel items must be unworn/unused/unwashed and in its original packaging and tags in order to be eligible for an exchange.*
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item(s). Further information regarding return address for the exchange process will be discussed via email at that time.
Cancellations are only possible if your order has NOT shipped yet. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, refunds are no longer possible. Thank you for your understanding!
If there is a mistake on our end, we will do our best to resolve the issue accordingly. Please contact us with your order number in the email title and tell us the details of the issue.
Preorder item times can take up to 2 to 4 months or longer to fulfill depending on the manufacturing process. We will do our best to communicate updates with you.
**Please note that images of preorder items may result in slight color variations due to differences in lighting and monitor screens! Thank you for your understanding!**
Typically, if you place an order with a preorder item, then all items will be shipped together at the time of the preorder item's arrival.
If you want your non-preorder item(s) to arrive earlier or separately from the preorder item(s), you MUST place separate orders.
Packages are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Domestic orders that include non-flat items (i.e. pins, charms, apparel, etc.) are all shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Service. Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
*Small domestic orders that are less than 3 items and less than 3oz with ONLY small flat items (i.e. stickers, sticker sheets, mini prints, postcards) are typically mailed untracked via stamped mail with the USPS. However, you may purchase an upgrade your shipping to USPS Ground Advantage and receive a tracking number for your order.*
Domestic (USA) orders may take between 4 to 15 business days to arrive.
International orders may take anywhere between 4 to 9 weeks or more depending on your country.

Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it has been shipped as the delivery process is handled by the USPS. We are not responsible for any delays or lost items. Please contact your local post office if you have any questions regarding shipping status.

For our friends from Europe and the United Kingdom, we are unable to offer international shipping through our main site due to the new VAT implantation and import policies. Until we can figure out a better process, please use our Etsy Store to place your order.
